1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 46win platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms apply to all users of 46win regardless of how they access the platform, whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser or any other means. Accessing 46win on behalf of another person does not exempt either party from these Terms. If you are unclear about any part of these Terms, please contact our support team before proceeding.

46win reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use 46win, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 46win is strictly an adults-only platform and minors are not permitted to register, deposit, play or receive winnings under any circumstances.
• You must be registering and using the platform for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not have a pre-existing account that has been suspended or permanently closed by 46win.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

46win may at any time request verification of age, identity or any other eligibility criteria. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending funds until the matter is resolved to 46win's satisfaction.

3 Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account only on 46win. Operating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses or phone numbers, is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false details — including a false name, date of birth, or contact information — is grounds for immediate account closure. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. If your contact information changes, please update it through your account settings or contact support.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 46win will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in protecting your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, notify the support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on 46win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 46win supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits must be made using a payment method that belongs to you personally. Depositing funds using an account or card registered in another person's name is not permitted. 46win reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used.

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and are subject to change. Once a deposit is confirmed, the funds are credited to your 46win balance. Deposits are generally processed instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. For bank transfers and other methods, processing times may vary.

• Deposits are final once processed and cannot be reversed by the player after funds have been credited.
• 46win does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. 46win has no control over third-party fees.
• If a deposit is delayed or does not reflect in your account within the stated processing time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw available funds from your 46win balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible, to comply with anti-money-laundering best practices.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, 46win may require you to complete identity verification. This may include providing a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of ownership of the payment method in use. This is a standard process and is not a reflection of any specific suspicion — it applies to all accounts before the first withdrawal or when certain thresholds are reached.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the platform and are subject to change with notice.
• 46win aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the platform. Complex verification cases may take longer.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is a suspected breach of these Terms or where fraud is suspected. In such cases, 46win will notify you and may conduct further investigation before releasing funds.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

46win offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is made or displayed on the relevant promotion page.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount too — must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is always stated in the promotion terms.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the bonus being voided and the account potentially being closed.
• 46win reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress.
• If a technical error or human mistake results in a bonus being applied incorrectly, 46win reserves the right to correct the error regardless of any funds already wagered against that bonus.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 46win are provided by third-party software studios. The rules of each game are governed by the game itself as supplied by the provider. 46win does not alter game rules or outcomes. For live casino games, results are determined by physical events — card deals, roulette spins or dice rolls — conducted by live dealers in studio environments in real time. For RNG (Random Number Generator) games such as slots and bingo, results are determined by certified random number generation software.

Bets, once placed and confirmed, are final. In the event of a disconnection after a bet has been placed but before the round has concluded, the round will continue and the result will be recorded. Winnings from rounds completed during a disconnection are credited automatically to your account. 46win is not liable for the outcome of rounds played during connection issues caused by factors outside the platform's control, including your own internet connection.

• If a game malfunctions, all bets placed during that malfunction are void and stakes are returned to player balances.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technology to interact with games, place bets or manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in a deliberate manner. Any winnings obtained through exploiting a known or discovered glitch will be voided.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to use 46win as a mechanism for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Depositing funds using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment details.
• Abusing customer support staff through threatening, abusive or inappropriate language or behaviour.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 46win platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces and software — is the intellectual property of 46win or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any part of the 46win platform or its content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 46win's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

46win provides the platform on an "as is" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, 46win shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, disconnections or any circumstances outside 46win's reasonable control. 46win's total liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the balance held in your account at the time of the relevant incident.

12 Account Termination

46win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time if there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been breached. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time by contacting the support team. Where a closure is player-initiated and no breach of Terms has occurred, any available real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonuses) will be refunded via your most recently used payment method after identity verification is completed.

13 Changes to These Terms

46win may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When updates are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, 46win may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
